Joe asked me to post this important reminder. I removed the picture so it 
can be posted.The picture shows the wheel and mounting plate are both in 
pristine condition, but for some reason the resin bond was defective.
Joe uses top of the line americain products so you can't take any safety 
proceedures for granted.
