	I've got a few of those.  I just looked to see how they worked - bloody simple solution.

	Just a length of 1/4" roundbar a bit over 2x the length of the required handle.  Bend at center so you've got two ends, wye out the open ends, bend down ~1/2" from the ends to hook inside the pot/pan.  The ones I have use a triangle made out of Pyrex to hold the handle and wedge to the outside of the pot, but there's no reason not to use any other material that won't get heat damaged.

	Hades, use doubled 1/8" round bar and fold/twist the entire thing as a single piece.
