    That was indeed the one I was thinking of.  It seems to be made by a 
company called HME for Heat Metal Equipment Co. and is in the UK.  I looked 
around and the only makers of these types of forges seem to be in the UK.  I 
also found that Pieh Tools sells one (at least) brand for about $6,250.00 
and that is WAY out of my price range.  They were the only one in the US 
that I could find in a quick search that sells anything like this.
