[TheForge] guild question

I am pretty burned out on the ones you list.  I get enough bickering and 
pressure at work, so that I don't seek it out for entertainment.   To 
that end, I have grown to really like  Southern Chopper.    A show that 
demonstrates that complex metal working projects can be taken on without 
all the drama.  Even some fun can be had.   In one of the first couple 
of episodes the shop owner tried some of the Orange County high anxiety 
approach , but it obviously didn't fit him.  Even when he does get 
annoyed, the crew generally responds with a "sorry" and addresses the 
issue, after which the shop owner generally apologizes for being an 
ogre.   If your going to show blacksmiths at work I would rather that be 
the model as it is more representative.
