Agreed; absolutely. However, a working model could be designed right  here 
and then tried by any or all of the main culprits. Afterward it could be  posted 
and built by any who wish. I only want to point out that, no one kind of  
forge is best for everything. I chip forge should be excellent for work taking  
high heats (yellow), but more trouble than it's worth for red heats. For lower  
temperature heats, I don't believe what you gain would not be worth what  you 
give up.
