Thats not a Uni-Hydro model number, although it could be a serial 
number.
My guess is that this is a very old 20ton machine, probably a 20-8 
model, and 1200 is a decent price for it, assuming it is not beaten to 
death.
20 tons will punch you up to 1 1/4" hole, but only in about 1/4" plate. 
It will shear 3/8" x 6", and shear 2x2x1/4" angle iron.
