[TheForge] Forging hastalloy and other Hi Temps

Let's not get too nutsy here, commercial forgers heat and forge thousands of 
parts made of Hastallloy X and all of the high temp alloys as a regular event. 
 No masks or breathing app.  Also, it is produced by two or three mills here 
in the US, First Arc then usually VIM or VAR, but then to get it to a workable 
size it is bloomed and hot rolled again with no one concerned about the 
fumes.  Haynes Corp. Kokomo, Indiana is the biggest of the US mills making it (and 
invented it), go to their website and read the Technical Data Sheet regarding 
forging it.
