Phlip, thats the same text I sent you about a year ago in word format.   
It is from an old manual put out by the war department to teach farmers 
to take care of their won needs during the war, given the  constraints 
going on at the time.    Dave (I think) put up the word version I did on :

it is at the bottom of the page.   I am still looking for a full copy of 
the original book as the other chapters were of interest as well.   The 
Peace Corp manual on the LAMA site was also an excellent text as it had 
lesson plans and a syllabus as I recall.
