[TheForge] Interesting books from Lee Valley

I wen't over to Abebooks.com to see what the used resellers had.  I just 
paid $5 for my copy at Powells.  Astrologo books in East Hampton NY 
wants $108!  Anyone know what drives prices like that?  Insanity?
