[TheForge] Anvil/vice combo - any ideas?

Combination of anvil, vise and horizontal drill press. This one is 
missing the crank handle for the gears on the right side. Found on lots 
of farms in this country. They show up all the time on ebay, often 
without the vise and drill part. This one is made better than the US 
versions.
