Speaking of government agencies and BIG forging
hammers and presses, I friend of mine used to work at
the local Navy shipyard.  A few times a year, the
folks from the government agency in question used to
come in with a load of firearms that they had
confiscated, to have the firearms destroyed.  They
would throw a bunch under one of the presses and
squish them.  My friend said it would bring tears to
your eyes to see guns like LC Smiths, Foxes, Parkers,
Brownings, etc. destroyed.
