Might want to check with the Arizona Artists Blacksmith  Assc.  AABA. They  
have a couple of guys in Bullhead City  who make black  powder rifles. 
 
Make a couple of small  cannon barrels in college but we could not  drill  
them completely  out. Something about making weapons in  classes. One guy made a 
1 inch bore that shot steel ball bearing. Had to have a  steady rest to bore 
them and used a long drill bit in the tail stock rest.
