It's a public event, yes- in which I am a paying participant, but for which
I hold no responsibility, other than that which I choose to accept.

I AM, however, Campmaster for my small group- but that only requires that I
show up early and make sure our land is set aside for our group's usage, and
that involves maybe 15-20 people, of the 13,000 who show up for the event.
As far as the public portacastles, my responsibility is the same as anyone
else's- use them rather than the ground, don't drop rocks or bottles in
them, and put the seat down when I'm finished ;-)

Dunno. What you saw is what _I_ get using Outlook Express- my version is 6-
maybe you have a different version? Header I get from my own messages is:

Pretty much the same as what I get from anyone else's.

But yes, I'd be very interested in seeing some specs, so I know heights and
clearances. My intent is to use a plywood base, with a collar to support the
pot itself, and with pipe and flanges and angled unions, etc, to form a
solid framework for people to grab onto, but the whole thing will need to be
torn down and stored most of the year. I'm willing to work something out,
but I need some idea as to what area is helpful for folks in chairs to
maneuver themselves off and on.
