Yes, we have the right to keep and bear arms.  Does that mean I can
"keep and bear" a howitzer?  

If you want big guns, join the National Guard.  That's your right to
keep and bear arms.  It carries with it a responsibility to use those
arms when the doofus you elect as president sends you abroad with
them...

Look at firearms issues.  The second amendment clearly guarantees the 
individual right to keep and bear arms, yet those who would deny this 
claim that it merely grants a collective right or a state's right to
arm 
and regulate  the national guard, none of which makes a damned bit of
sense.
