[TheForge] Military Truck Armor update, OT

     For what it's worth- There was an article in the business section a
while back about how the Miltary has found $91 million for armor plating
for its trucks and stuff. They figured to have the job done in about a
year. It went to 4 different companies, one here in Phoenix. Even though
I just have a tiny hobby shop in the back yard I had the same reaction
as the other fellow, "Hey, I bet I could make some armor for them, too!
I'd love to help out!" Of course, all the beaurocratic red tape would
have put a quick end to this project. It's always heartening to see
folks step up and offer to help change a bad situation, but in this case
I guess the best way to help out is to keep paying taxes.
