That's the point at which you call the police, explain to the officer that
the post office employee is unlawfully depriving you of your mail, and that
you want a police report filed for the benefit of the Federal Marshals, who
will be called in. You also, in front of the officer, request a written
explanation as to WHY you were deprived of your mail, for presentation to
the local Postmaster and hir superiors. The cop then becomes your de facto
witness. If it's a local PO policy, you then have evidence of a conspiracy,
which will generate all sorts of PITA paperwork for all involved, and will
likely cause the policy to be rather abruptly changed.

What most people don't realize, is that the same bureaucracy bullshit that
they pull on us can be turned around and cause the bereaucrat far more
difficulty than what they tried to do to you ;-)
