i could be trite and say that there is no such thing but that would not
really answer your question.

no matter which health insurance company you purchase a policy from you
need to check with your state's department of insurance and see if there
are any past or pending "actions" that have been taken against that company.
make sure that the company can legally sell the policy in your state.

also before paying any insurnace agent any money in any form check with
your state department of insurance and see if there are any past or
pending "actions" that have been taken against that insurance agent.

insurance is just a scam to take money from the people who can least
afford it and transfer it to the people who need the money the least.
