If you get spam from 24.222.77.0/24, there will be a blinding flash
and a puff of toxic vapor where the the spammer once sat once
Tallships.ca learns of it. (The rest of 24.222.0.0/16 is mostly DSL
and as liable to spam-trojaned boxen as the far greater number of DSL
hosts in the USA.  Maybe you should DNSBL the USA too, eh?)
