[TheForge] Cost of shipping HD stuff?

Problem with rail is you have to load and unload the freight.  If you 
don't have a way to get the item on/in to the car, you are SOL.  Also, 
rail freight seems to be horribly expensive.  Cost to ship bus to NY was 
$2395.  Cost by rail was about $15K.  No wonder those imbeciles are 
going out of business.
