New Year's Eve Damage report: N.E. Oklahoma.  2005 rang in with 5 gunshot 
wounds and 2 stabbings.  The usual cast of "A Thousand Rowdy Drunks" was staging 
a performance in the waiting area and all over the ED. The Skies were hazy 
turning to very low ceilings around 0600 and we only flew 2 patients before the 
weather turned south. I got to go and frolic amongst the drunks in the ED.  
Wish more people would have stayed home.  I also wish that we (as a nation) had 
mandatory gun safety/handling classes starting in the 4 year old classes in our 
schools.
