	Seems China is freer than the US in some respects.  Barriers to entry 
are generally far higer here than in other places, and they get higher 
as conglomeration progresses.  The current state of business in the USA 
is similar to what it was in the late 19th century in terms of control 
and ownership.

	There is great hanky panky afoot here.  Great for those with all the 
money.  Not so great for the rest of us.
