Andy: Yes, it would.....there is typically a large architectural and public
art component. Heavy emphasis is often placed on materials and engineering.
It is knowledge intensive, rather than aesthetic intensive. Quite often,
art based programs in metalwork drop the ball when it comes to materials
science.
