	This is often true.  I did work for some very wealthy people in places 
like Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.  The appallingly wealthy were often 
obnoxiously stingy.  Worse yet, they often felt entitled to demand you 
radically change work that was 80% done and not have to pay extra for 
it.  But I had this one guy that was something like a billionaire.  He 
came in, said "I want this", to which I said "this much will it cost 
you" and he said "fine, here's 50% down, if that's OK".  He was a 
pleasure to work with and understood the value of our work.  If only 
more clients were like this.
