	Where in the listing do you find him lying?  I see him using truth in 
misleading ways, but I could uncover no blatant lies.  He is either 
expressing an opinion, or he relates hearsay accounts.  Both are nearly 
impossible to prove to be lies as they emanated from his yap.

	Don't misunderstand; I find what he does as extremely distasteful, but 
you'd have to point out something very specific to convince me that he 
did anything technically "illegal".
