If you want some measure of revenge but don't want the "trial" of 
actually getting legal, try writing the local newspaper. Most papers 
have an "Ask Dan" or some kind of ombudsman column to help folks. It may 
not get your site back (if you want it), but it would be good (bad) 
publicity.
