I just got back from 4 days in Tom's shop. It is like going back in time to
work with a master.
If ever given the opportunity, take advantage of it. Tom and his family are
tops.

Fiddlin' Red Simpson up in Washington state has the same idea.  Nothing is
his shop is later than about 1840.  I haven't been there for years, but I
don't think he even used electric lights.  That may be pushing it a bit, but
he sure did some fine work.  Played good fiddle, too.
