We have a 20 foot long rack, about 5 feet tall.
the uprights are 3" x 2" rect tube, 1/4" wall.
The horizontals are 2"x2" tube, 1/4" wall.
5 uprights. There is a foot welded to the upright- another piece of 2"
tube, running 2 feet out in front, and a foot in back, so it resists
tipping over backwards.
the horizontals are about 16" apart vertically, so there are 5 all
together.
x bracing made from 1/4" x 2" flat bar between each upright.

One shelf is the same height as the cold saw table, which is at one end
of the rack, so you just slide the metal right onto the saw.
