[TheForge] Superquench Freeze?

I don't know from practical experience. I've never seen it freeze in NJ, but I may not have checked it at the right time - and NJ winters are NOT like MN's!
I calculate superquench to be about 11% salt, from which tables tell me it should freeze at about 20 F. Not sure I believe those numbers, though.
