One source I've found useful is the ABANA book "the best of affiliate
newsletter projects".

That may not be the exact name, but gives the general idea.  Whenever I need
to do something new that's where I start looking.

The newsletter posted on the BAM website  "www.bamsite.org" has a nice
article I wrote on a Kirk Sullen's demo. It's probably too much for a state
fair, but would be good for a blacksmith meeting.
