I've mentioned it in passing already but am making it official now.

Artmetal Radio has begun it's regular weekly metal / arts podcasts. Enrique
(Quique) Vega and I are co-hosting a weekly half hour (more or less. <grin>)
talk show. We're still in the process of polishing the hardware, software
and show but we've put show 002 online and have already recorded show 003.
Both current podcasts can be accessed here. http://www.artmetalradio.com/ If
you already have a podcast viewer have it look here:
http://www.artmetalradio.com/feed There're also a number of metal arts
related blogs to be found on Artmetalradio.com, including mine. (Frosty's
Blog)

If you don't already know Enrique Vega; he's the originator and owner of
ArtMetal.com, the ArtMetal Sandbox (E-mail list). A long time professional
metal artist, specializing in blacksmithing. His podcast handle is Quique or
QQ. I of course have adopted the podhandle of . . . Frosty. <grin>

Our second (002) and third (003) podcasts are introducing Quique and I.
Yeah, we ramble on about what we do, how we got involved in metal work, what
we're doing now, what we plan on in the future. A basic introduction between
a couple guys who've known each other for about 10 years and never discussed
these things before.

Enrique and I are looking for metal workers, artists and folk with related
or support skills to interview. One of our early guests will be talking
about the pros and cons of marketing a small business via the internet and
in another show will discuss how to optimize a web site in the search
engines. Alex's site, Alexinwelderland is consistently in the top 2-3 on the
important search engines. She also makes a living selling pet urns.

QQ and I aren't going to produce just an interview show, we'll be discussing
various topics, metal related, art related, internet related, etc. tonight
we're going to record a christmas show with an "air" date in time to get
gifts shipped in time for christmas. We're doing an under $100 christmas
wish list for the metal worker and artist. It will also include items made
by list folk suitable for gifting.

Okay, enough rambling I have two pitches for today.

First, what's on your christmas wish list for under $100?

First and a half, What do you have for sale for under $100?

Second, Who on the forge list wants a little free publicity by doing an
interview?

Whatcha want to talk about? Wahtcha want to hear about?

Artmetal Radio.com also has feedback forums and a land line comment line.
