[TheForge] Decent article

I'm noodling around with a new web browser specialized for Blogging and ran
into this on a simple search. It isn't a particularly extraordinary article
but there are a couple good illustrations of forges. The first is of a home
made side draft forge with a piston-like bellows build between the legs.

The second forge has the counter weighted lever action blower we were
talking about a couple weeks back. The illustration might be helpful.

Oh yeah the Blog thing. Yeah, I'm playing around with a Blog based out of
the ArtMetal Radio Podcast site.

Enrique Vega and I will be making weekly podcasts beginning soon. Our first
interview will maybe be tonight. We're still working the bugs out but it's
about ready to go.

How it works is pretty simple. If you're so inclined you can subscribe to
the Gizmo web phone server so we can talk in hi fidelity for free anywhere
in the USA. It may be world wide but I don't know.

There's also a phone in option Enrique's enabled to let people phone on a
land line for $0.01.8/min that's one point eight cents per minute to ease
confusion.

Right now we're looking to build a list of folk willing to let us interview
them. Podcasts will be 30 min. shows but we'll get together on Gizmo ahead
of time to coordinate things so it'll go smoothly.

You can get more of the low down skinny, including if you're REALLY bored my
blog, at this URL: http://www.artmetalradio.com/

If anyone wants to talk about what, why, how, they do, make stuff let me
know. I'll be hitting a few of you up on the side and probably pester you
till you either submit to my desires (for an interview. Gutter mind!) or
filter me permanently. <grin>

it ain't real.
Wrought iron is.
