Mine hasn't started freezing yet, even though it has been dipping down into
the teens at night.

Once the tub starts to freeze I empty the wine barrel and work out of a 5
gal bucket which I dump at night.

I will usually get caught at least once each year and get my dipper frozen
into the tub.
