I do not know the entire answer to that question, but being a member of the
NWBA  it is my understanding that Mr. Kagele had every intention of putting the
NWBA out of business through bankruptcy and that the NWBA was somewhat forced
into a corner to sign some sort of an agreement that would halt the lawsuit,
one provision is that they, the NWBA board, would remain totally silent in
regards to the problems they had with Mr. Kagele.

Prior to voting for ABANA board members I very much would have liked to know
which candidates supported Mr. Kagele in his endeavors and which did not.
Unfortunately there was no way to know this.  I find it sad that the members of
the NWBA as well as ABANA will never be told the specifics of the situation.
As of now all there is are innuendoes and hearsay flying about.  I would
appreciate an explanation from the president of ABANA, and also the NWBA
board.  I guess we shall never know.
