Jeffery,

Thanks a lot.

you said, .) Weld the "threads" onto a piece of the same size pipe.

Which I understand to make the male threads. Did you then fasten the other
piece of square to the inside of a slightly larger pipe to make the female
threads? How? Could you also put a picture of the nozzle threads you made
on your website?

Jeff Valentine.

PS I have finally sprung for the Dewalt 18volt angle grinder when they
offered it in a special with a drill that I didn't need but do love. I've
been lusting after it for a long time, and boy do I love it. I try to keep
it in the car with me all the time. In case anyone already has the Dewalt
18 volt set up, I noticed a guy on E-bay who sells lots of Dewalt battery
stuff has a new one with out battery or charger for about $61 plus some
pricey shipping. He seems to have them on a regular basis rather than an
occasional auction. It turns a lot slower than the electric ones but has a
lot of power and is so damn convenient. I now look for things to cut,
grind, or sand. I do some carpentry work on the side and will now have to
get the 6 1/2" circular saw too, I can't wait.
