[TheForge] Nat gas burner

Thanks Chuck.  I remembered John's name but was not sure it was for the 
burner.  One of the tihings that was cool about his design is that he used 
crayons to mold the shapes of the small passages for the gases thru the 
nozzle.  Melted them out before casting--low tech "lost wax" process.
