I have some lifting nuts for standing up wall slabs that are poured flat on 
the floor slab. They are a piece of wound wire with 4 legs I also have the 
special bolts that go with them. I am planning on putting them in my floor, 
the only exposure is a 3/4 in hole that could be filled with a bolt. The 
bolt could be removed to install a hook or shackle
