What I keep imagining for some future gazinta installation is this.
Build what looks like the bottom half of a jack stand. ( One of those 
adjustable contraptions that keep the car from crushing you.) Make it 
about two feet high with a base two foot square. The tube is obviously 
square. It has a diagonal bar running from each top corner of the tube 
to the corresponding corner of the base.
 Dig a hole through the existing concrete floor as deep as this 
contraption plus 8-10 inches. and three foot square. Fill the excess 
depth with crushed stone, compact, and level the top .
Set the gazinta in the hole and fill the hole with concrete level with 
the existing floor and , hopefully the top of the gazinta's tube.

With  concrete surrounding the diagonals  I doubt that it will move in 
any direction with out taking the whole shop floor along.
