Bruce,
I used to be one of those highly educated people. I gave all of
that up and started talking the people the way they want to be talked to.
Companies have lots of bad habits of not going out amongst the people, they
depend on their detail people.
Now when I use big words around people these words come from the
movie Mary Poppins.
I know about the give away programs, but many health care provider
don't know that much about these programs. Other depend on these programs
for their clients.
