Just checked on Connecticut laws, and it says that they're the same as the
minimum standards for the entire US. It defines a commercial vehicle as one
which weighs (GVW) over 26001 lbs, but under exemptions from a CDL, it
includes recreational vehicles, so since the bus is set up as an RV, it
should be OK.
