The CDL would depend on if you are carrying passengers, then you need a Bus 
Endorsement and CDL. Without passengers it would depend on the weight 
rating empty and loaded and what it is registered at. Should be on the 
paperwork. If I remember correctly the cut off weight is 18,000 lbs.
