I don't know that they are. I hear this all of the time, but never hear 
a credible source for the data.  I buy a ticket now and then when Job 
stress is high ( I have suggested our company dispense with useless 
employee survays and sell lotto tickets, it would give them a quicker 
employee sat picture)    My neighbor pointed out how miserable winning 
could make you.  I pressed him and he said the winners make bad 
decisions and screw up their lives.  To which I answered that I didn't 
need to be rich to do that, I was perfectly capable of effing up my life 
broke.   BTW, any news on Terry R, wasn't he supposed to finally get his 
day last Thursday?
