[TheForge] ot: legal nightmare hopefully coming to an end

hello;

the long time member of theforge will understand this posting more than
the newer members.

22 sept 2004, is the court date that hopefully will bring the 8 yr legal
nightmare to an end. we were supposed to be in court last week thursday
but due to last minute delay tactics by the opposing lawyers the court
date was pushed to tomorrow.

the reason for this post is to ask for your prayers and thoughts that
we will be able to have the court hearing tomorrow and that there will
be no further delays. it would be nice to have this legal nightmare
behind me so that i can got on with living.
