At any convenient node, I'd say. The link Mike posted suggested 22.??% 
from the end. I didn't trace his theory or calculations, but I'm 
guessing 25% (the half-wave node of the 2-wave harmonic) is close enough 
for government work. So we're back to that empirical thing again...
