[TheForge] offset pein hammer

A friend of mine built a hammer with two piens (peens?): both were at 45-deg
angles. With the bar in one hand and the hammer in the other, he could turn
it one way and strike with the pien perpendicular to the bar; turn it other
way -- without changing position -- and the pien was striking parallel to
the bar. He calls it his "magic hammer".
