Hah! Thank you very much. Why couldn't I have though of that
spelling? I learned that it was called "kelrod" from an engineer who
never got an university degree. His strong suite was superb
implementations of other people's tech specs, not spelling. :-)
I'll have to explore that site. Custom made Calrod(R) heaters for an
acid bath might be be handy. I saw a rather large -- maybe 20"x20"x40"
deep -- phosphoric acid tank in Dick Quinnell''s shop with a
Calrod heater that didn't get in the way of the things to be pickled.
BTW, just stumbled over this yarn on the web. Some of the jobs that
come into a blacksmith shop! Well I never! I have a special swage
for forming the rib on a scythe blade. I wonder if that other one I
could never figure out was for dealing with Baba Yaga's little job....
