[TheForge] tig setup

Rick, All good ideas except watch your pump pressure. Most small coolant
pumps don't put out the required psi for the water cooled torches. Most
require at least 30 to 40 psi to get the required flow through the small
passages and small lines in the welding leads. Most coolant pumps I have
see will only 5 or 6 psi (10 to 12 feet of head).
Depending on were you might use the welder consider attaching it to you
household water supply and using the water only once. Waste water I know,
and it isn't portable but it is easy to do. One real danger is forgetting
to turn on the water -- you can melt the torch real quick without water
flow. (Or at least do serious damage.) I have a small tag that I hang on
the welder power switch to remind me to turn the water on -- then move the
tag to the valve when I do.
