OK, jumping in here sorta late.
I have no idea of where you are. But here in the Portland Oregon area
there is a place that is called Wacky Willy's. Mostly junk to be honest,
BUT they do have lots of old electronics and other useable stuff. Have
found perfectly useable and good o'scopes for a song and a dance. etc
etc. But they do have bins and bins of parts such as caps and diodes
etc. Have no idea if there are any that will suit your needs. But you
might look and see if there is anything like that near you. ( not a
Wacky Willy as they are only in Portland Metro area ) Just a thought.
