[TheForge] 8" hemispheres now rush

Rush is a grass ... splint is a tree.

Rushlights use the rush stem (much like a cattail) that has been peeled 
except for one vertical strip that holds it together.  The dried stem's 
pithy center is soaked in fat (tallow) and dried.
