The girl's name is Anne Pederson.  I was right, she did learn from William 
"Billy" McMillen, the Master Tinsmith at Old Richmond Township village on 
Staten Island, NY.  I was right in my earlier suspicion that she learned 
the craft, not to mention her descriptive words, there.

Billy Still conducts a week long class in Tinsmithing at Eastfield Village 
in upstate NY.
