[TheForge] Less tongue more vice

My post vice is mounted on a horizontal I-beam welded to a vertical I-beam
welded to a plate that is bolted into a tire rim. The end of the beam has
two holes for attaching jigs and the are some pegs welded to the web to hold
other tools. When taking down, I knock out the wedges and stand and vice are
each a manageable piece.
